I cannot say enough wonderful things about Premier Home Watch Concierge Services! Vivian and Carlos have been looking after my home for almost a year now, and the peace of mind they provide is truly priceless.

They and their staff check on my home biweekly, and after every visit, I receive a thorough, detailed report complete with photos and, when necessary, videos. On several occasions, they have discovered minor issues in my home and promptly brought them to my attention before they could become bigger problems.

What truly sets Vivian and Carlos apart is that they don’t just identify a problem and leave you to figure it out on your own. They go above and beyond to offer solutions, recommend trusted resources, coordinate with vendors, and even provide handyman assistance when needed. They have met countless vendors at my home on my behalf and have made themselves available after hours and on weekends. Their level of dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care is exceptional!

Being away from my home, it’s incredibly reassuring to know that I have people I can trust who treat my property as if it were their own.

I’ve recommended Premier Home Watch Concierge Services to so many friends and neighbors, and I will continue to do so. Vivian, Carlos, and their entire team are absolutely wonderful. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and truly full-service home watch company, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!

Our home was well cared for. The weekly report, with included photos, made us certain that everything was going well. Our plants flourished under Premier’s care. When we came home, the air conditioning was set to a comfortable temperature, our lanai furniture had been returned to its places outdoors. I can only recommend Premier with the highest praise.

Five start service and review for a company-

I cannot speak highly enough of Premier Home Watch & Concierge! From start to finish, their service has been exceptional, providing me with complete peace of mind while I’m away from my home in Lakewood Ranch. Carlos and Vivian treat my property as if it were their own, delivering thorough inspections and detailed updates that keep me informed every step of the way. I’ve even called last minute on an emergency - they picked up the phone. Told me not to worry and personally made sure the task got completed. The list goes on and on!
Their attention to detail is unmatched—they’ve handled everything from accepting deliveries to coordinating repairs and even turning on my hot water heater and ice maker before my return. Their team is professional, responsive, and always goes the extra mile, offering helpful referrals and ensuring no issue goes unnoticed. The level of care and personalized service they provide is truly outstanding, and their pricing is fair for the comprehensive services offered.
I’ve been using Premier Home Watch for several months now, and their reliability has made traveling worry-free. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, dedicated home watch service, I highly recommend Premier Home Watch & Concierge.

Premier Home Watch & Concierge provide amazing service. They accepted many deliveries, assembled things, changed smoke detector batteries, and let in service people. They have repeatedly alerted us to things which needed attention or repair. They even turned on our hot water heater and the ice maker prior to our arrival! We highly recommend them to anyone who needs home watch or concierge services in Lakewood Ranch.
