Vivian & Carlos Martinez have been married for 35 wonderful years. They have been successful business partners in various business ventures. They enjoy the satisfaction they bring to their clients and sharing their expertise with others. Most of their careers have been in the Northeast but they have now made Lakewood Ranch Florida their permanent home.

Vivian has earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration. She has extensive experience in developing software for the financial industry as a principal in a company she co-founded. Vivian has also managed an Outdoor Living construction company and worked as a travel agent. She was responsible for Community Engagement and Volunteer Management at a local food bank.
Carlos Martinez
Carlos has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration. He was a Managing Director of Technology at BNY Mellon Bank leading numerous professionals worldwide. He was a co-founder of a software company specializing in the financial markets. Carlos has experience as a Project Leader with residential luxury home construction and also managed an Outdoor Living construction company.
